5 Tips To Jumpstart Your Weight Loss


Sometimes jumpstarting your weight loss is the most difficult thing to do. Many tips do exist in getting off on the right foot, this page gives my best weight loss tips I give all my clients and work wonders for anyone who tries them!





  1. Don't set yourself up to fail, proper planning is an essential key to lose weight and to keep it off as well. A great Weight Loss Diet consists of goals that aren't out of reach.  If you set the bar too high too soon, you'll never succeed.
  2. Spread your meals out throughout the day instead of eating 3 large meals.  You would be suprised to know that eating MORE often throughout the day is actually better for you then eating large meals, your diet must consists of balanced meals throughout the entire day that are proportionate and not too filling.
  3. Start your exercise program slow so your weight loss diet doesn't suffer from burnout.  I've seen it many times before, you spend your first two weeks in the gym 3 hours a day, but by the third week, your already burned out! Start slow, 30 minutes of cardio work per day is sufficient to start the metabolizing effects your body needs to lose weight.

  5. Have a support group ready.  The first couple weeks of a diet can sometimes be challenging as your getting used to a new way of life.  Naturally it's going to be much easier if you have a support group there for you.  Whether it's your Spouses, Parents, Siblings, Friends, or an Online Support Group, you will benefit much more for having a support group to help you achieve your weight loss goals.
